1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or using the Day Ahead App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Intellectual Property
Our Property
The Day Ahead brand, App interface, and proprietary productivity frameworks are the exclusive property of Day Ahead.
Your Property
You retain ownership of all tasks, notes, and content you input into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to host and sync this data for your personal use.
3. Payments and Subscriptions
• Fees: Access to premium features may require a subscription or one-time payment. All fees are disclosed at the point of purchase.
• Billing: Payments are processed through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). You are responsible for managing your subscriptions and cancellations through your device settings.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use Day Ahead only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the App, disrupt our servers, or use the App to distribute malicious content.
5. Limitation of Liability
Day Ahead is a productivity tool provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of data, missed deadlines, or business interruptions resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if these Terms are violated or if your actions are deemed harmful to the App’s operation.
